Now you can rent a fully serviced Perth apartment on your own terms!

Rent a fabulous Verandah apartment for 3-12 months and take advantage of your unique flexi-weeks. These are weeks that you may not need the apartment (holidays or periods when you are out of town for a while). Simply  ask us to put your luggage/gear in the provided storeroom and pay just $200pwk whilst you are away. When you return your luggage will be in your apartment, all sparkling clean and ready to live in again.

You have up to 6 flexi-weeks p/a to use, anytime you wish. The savings are well worth considering, in addition you save money the longer you stay - see the rates table below.
