Verandah have invested in the amazing Apple iPad - now available to all our guests.

For just $15 p/day or $70 p/week you can have a brand new funky iPad to use during your stay. Request it when you book or at check-in.

Internet
The web browser is really good on the iPad and WiFi internet access is free at Verandah.

For Kids

We have installed a bunch of Kids games in 3 folders, Ages 4-7 8-12 and 12+

Entertainment - Movies, books, music and games

• Books - there are two apps iBooks and Kindle. In total there are almost 90 books, hope you can find one or two you like!
• Movies - we are adding about 1-pwk, about 40 on there now & you can ask us to cahnge the mix
• YouTube works great on iPad
• Games - there are loads of kids games and about 20 non-kids games incl Need for Speed and Flight Control
• Music - about 3000 songs from 60's to now - don't worry there is classical as well :)

General Apps

What you can't do:

• Download and install apps (let us know if there is a particular one you want and if possible we'll get it for you).
• Email - if you use the Apple email program remember to delete your settings before handing the iPad back. Alternatively use web mail.

Case - we have provided a strong case for the iPad, please use it to prevent any damage

Battery - a plug is provided, battery life is pretty good and you should only have to recharge every few days

Loss or Damage -Up to $650 may be charged to you if the iPad is lost or damaged.
