How do I book an apartment?
Book online through this website. Once you have chosen the dates and the apartment type you would like to book, simply click book now and follow the steps. The booking system is very secure and your reservation is confirmed immediately. An email will be sent to you with the booking details and further info on getting to the property.

What are our rates?
The booking page shows current rates. The Extended Stay page shows discount rates for longer bookings. Or you can call 1300 762 216 anytime to get a quote.
What are our payment options?
You may: - Pay the full amount on-line by credit card when you book an apartment. - Use your credit card when you book the apartment to secure the booking and pay eftpos/cash on arrival. Or pay on invoice direct to us prior to arrival.
You can also pay by direct bank transfer or PayPal - contact us for details.
What is our policy re parties?
It is our policy not to allow parties at the apartments in consideration of the other guests. Please refer to the maximum occupancy for the number of people you are allowed to have in the apartment. Of course we all love a few drinks with friends as long as it does not interfere with the other guests.
We provide wine glasses, champagne flutes, balcony furniture and a little stereo - the perfect ingredients for a catch up with friends. But no big parties thanks :)
What security is in place?
A property manager is on site 24/7 - available for your calls and for assistance. In addition a security company (NZA Security) patrol each floor of every property from 10pm. If you have any concerns do not hesitate to call us - 0414 785 758.
What is our cancellation policy?
We will refund your payment if you cancel/amend your booking more than 2 days from the check-in date. Otherwise we may charge a portion of the full stay. If your circumstances change please contact us, we will do our best to help.
What is included in the apartments?
Our apartments are absolutely fully furnished. They include the highest quality linen and toweling, 42" TV, full kitchen and laundry. You can also order the following extras: rollway bed, baby-cot, baby bath, highchair, extra mattress and linen and dedicated internet.
Fresh milk and mineral water is provided on check-in and there is complimentary tea, coffee and sugar throughout your stay. Bathrooms are stocked with Eco-Fresh toliletries.
Apartments are cleaned daily by housekeeping to remove rubbish and replace towels if neccessary. Linen is changed on day-4 of every stay, extra room servicing can be arranged by calling the manager. Housekeeping is not done on Sundays and public holidays except by arrangement.
Are the apartments officially rated?
Yes the official ratings body in Australia - AAA Tourism - assess and inspect our properties. They currently rate us 4.5-stars, the highest possible for apartment complexes without restaurants and conference facilities - more information is here.
How do I arrange check-in?
To arrange check-in, telephone or text 08 6460 3119 the day before arrival. Our managers are on site at the property and can check you in at any time. Check in time is from 2pm and check out is 11am.
Full check in details will be emailed and SMS'd to you before check in date.
Is there car parking?
Every apartment has one allocated space in an undercover garage. Extra spaces may be available on request, but are very limited.
Do we provide internet access?
We provide a wireless broadband service which may be accessed via your laptop. Verandah staff will provide you login details at check-in. This service is free of charge and fair use policy applies.
You may also request a dedicated connect at the cost of $7 p/day. This service operates via a 3G card that fits into any USB slot on your laptop computer. The cost is $7 per day for the card plus $15 per gigabyte over 1-gigabyte per week.
File-sharing applications may not be used with the free service.
What can we do with our luggage before check-in and after check-out?
We are able to store luggage for you prior to your check-in time or after you check-out. Call to arrange storage.
Do you have a laundry and dry cleaning service?
Your apartment has a full size washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack. We also offer a laundry service and dry cleaning via Purity Dry Cleaners who will pick up and deliver. Call them on 08-9328-7628 - or check your compendium for full details.
UPDATE: Purity have closed for business somewhat unexpectedly. Call reception for alternative laundry & drycleaning options.
Liability of licensee for loss of property of lodger
Please note that under the WA Liquor Licensing Act 1998 Verandah Apartments have no liability in respect of loss or damage to the property of a lodger and any liability may be limited to the prescribed amount.
